Protein Pancakes

2 large eggs
1/3 c cottage cheese
2 T any kind of cream cheese
1 T flour(any kind)
3 T Wheat Germ (or 3 T Barley Flakes or oatmeal)
1 T ground up flaxseed
2 T baking powder
Pinch soda(or 1/8 t)

Use blender to blend ingredients. Cook on lightly oiled grill. Makes 6 medium pancakes.
