The moistest chocolate cake!
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
¾ c. oil
1/3 c. cocoa
2 T. vinegar
2 t. soda
1 t. salt
2 t. vanilla
2 c. water
Mix all together and pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 min. until done.
Frost with your favorite frosting.
