| 4 c. diced warm cooked potatoes | ¼ c. chopped onions |
| ¼ c. chopped celery | 2 T. chopped pickles |
| (Fresh cukes, radishes in season if desired) | |
| 4 hard boiled diced eggs | Salt and pepper |
Add: 1 t. sugar, 2 T. vinegar, 2 T. pickle juice to about ¾ c. mayonnaise. Combine and mix with potatoes and chill. Add other ingredients and keep chilled until serving.
