Spinach Salad

Salad:
2 bags of fresh spinach
6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
6 green onions, sliced
½ c. sunflower seeds or almonds
4 oz. can of mandarin oranges
10 strips of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled, or
Bacon bits

Mix together in a pretty bowl and add this dressing:

Dressing:
1 c. sugar
¼ c. olive oil
2/3 c. red wine vinegar
2 t. salt
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. onion powder
1 T. poppy seeds

Mix well together and pour over salad. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
